Scorton Archers

Membership Details

On joining our archery club, new members will be asked to pay an annual subscription. This fee is for access to shooting throughout the year on the outdoor shooting ground in Scorton and an indoor venue (to be arranged each year) during winter months - a small target fee per night will apply if you attend the indoor sessions.

An additional fee is required which is the fee for the National Governing Body (GNAS). At the GNAS AGM held in April 2010, a revised fee structure for GNAS/Archery GB membership was agreed for new members joining a club after the 1st of January 2011.

The pro rata fees are only applicable to new members and not to returning lapsed members, who should be charged the full year fee.

The committees of the Yorkshire Archery Association and the Northern Counties Archery Society have discussed this change and agreed that the FULL County and Regional fees will be payable throughout the year, regardless of when the person joins, and that NO quarterly pro rata reduction will apply to the County and Regional fees.

The following table incorporates the full GNAS and YAA fees that need to be paid by new members to Scorton Archers
