To achieve a club record rounds have to be shot at a club session i.e. Wednesday evenings or Sunday afternoons or at any Open competition providing the official results sheet is forwarded to the records officer, currently Mark Farrow.
Scores shot at the club must be filled in on the paper score sheets and signed by another member in order to count for Handicap scores and Records.
